I read Tony's posts on a property investment forum and was impressed by his knowledge of lenders' policies and willingness to help. I engaged Tony for a SMSF loan, he guided us professionally and efficiently through the whole process. From preparing documents to gain pre-approval, to bank valuation and unconditional loan offer and right to settlement, Tony and team were prompt in answering our questions, coordinating with our solicitors and the lender and providing instant updates on loan progress. We are not the first time investors, but can honestly say it's the smoothest and most pleasant experience dealing with Tony and his team.

On a side note, we are also very impressed by technologies implemented by Tony's agency and in the mortgage industry. All communications were done online seamlessly - signing and submitting documents, verifying identifications, receiving updates and instructions, coordination among all parties for settlement - it saved us a lot of time and hassles. The only thing I wish is that one day I will say thanks to Tony in person (our purchase has settled but we haven't met him)！

Tony was extremely patient with my 100's questions and I never felt rushed during our conversations.

He gave me lots of great advice and delivered on what he said he would.

With Tony being in Sydney and me being in Melbourne I was a bit worried but with his professionalism, constant updates and secure email programs he uses it made the process seamless.

Tony and the team have been great and easy to work with. I have worked with previous loan broker but Tony I would say has the fastest turn around. They have managed to assess my borrowing capacity, given me loan options and signed the loan contract within 5 weeks.

I refinanced 6 loans and the bank didn't make the process easy on the finance date but Tony and the team have kept me informed in a timely manner and followed us with the bank to ensure the smooth transition.
